Revolution PR is a Top Place to Work in PR!

Establishing a fun and engaging working environment for our team and clients is a top priority for Revolution PR. Sometimes this means tapping into our office bar cart for an all-team brainstorming session. Other days it means we’re dressed as super heroes for our client’s annual bowling tournament fundraiser. pj bowl We pride ourselves in having a unique company culture that first and foremost focuses on people. Our agency believes that a great work environment produces better work, yielding successful campaigns and happy clients. Because of this, we’re especially thrilled to be honored by PR News as one of the Top Places to Work in PR in the country! PRNewsTopPlacesToWork-LinhartPR To celebrate and to give you an inside look into life at Revolution PR, we’re sharing a 1:1 interview with our agency’s co-founder – Jennifer Karkar Ritchie! Check it out below. Why did you start Revolution PR? Rebecca and I started Revolution PR because we recognized an opportunity to offer proven PR services without exorbitant fees and overhead.  We also sought to create an authentic culture where people thrived, burnout didn’t exist, and clients were predominantly happy. What makes Revolution PR such a unique and great place to work? The people! I love coming to work every day because I’m surrounded by a smart, thoughtful, fun team.  We’ve successfully created a culture where everyone thrives, supports each other, shares common goals and values, and genuinely loves what they do.  It’s special, and like no other work environment I’ve been in. At 5pm, where might we find your team hanging out? We’re a diverse group.  You’ll find some of us at happy hour, others heading home to play with the kids, or hitting the gym for a barre class or going for a run. Who is your dream client and why? The client whose values align with ours, who understands how PR works, and what differentiates a good PR person from a not so good one.  Our partners enable us to become entrenched in their business, an extension of their team, where our input is valued, our insight sought and ideas welcomed.  PR takes time, it requires a good story, and patience. Our clients understand that nothing great happens overnight.  We work smart and play hard – and so do our clients.  We value our work life balance and recognize what’s really important in life. What has been your favorite team outing? I especially liked our 10th anniversary boating and dinner at Daniel’s celebration because everyone was really able to let loose and be our playful selves.  It brought us all closer together, including the significant others in our lives.
