We are looking for two new interns to join our dynamic team for a career-defining internship experience starting January 2025! With a six-month commitment, you’ll learn the ins and outs of public relations, media relations, social media strategy and influencer marketing. 

What You'll Do:

• Craft compelling press materials, social media content and blog entries
• Pitch innovative story ideas to local, national and trade media outlets; beginning to build lasting relationships
• Develop media lists
• Share client events with key media outlets
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand messages
• Conduct creative research for cutting-edge campaigns
• Track, analyze and report press and social media coverage for industry-leading clients
• Participate in internal and client meetings, bringing a fresh perspective and ideas 
• A whole slew of other things that you’ve likely never done, which is the case for all of us working in a constantly evolving PR industry

This internship is for you if you’re a recent graduate or a current junior or senior in college who...

• Has at least one prior PR or social media internship within an agency or company. This one is a must! 
• Has or is working towards a bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or another related field
• Has strong research skills
• Is a self-motivated, resourceful, communicative, team player with a can-do attitude
• Is a great writer and a passion for storytelling
• Consumes media voraciously
• Is familiar with using social media for business
• Understand the influencer landscape
• Works well independently with guidance from other team members
• Is organized but flexible
• Can use Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Zoom products with ease
• Has a passion for consumer products and sustainability
• Has the ability and resources to work remotely and availability to be on-site occasionally for client events, or team meetings

Bonus Points:

• Canva, Hootsuite and Microsoft Outlook proficiency
• SEO proficiency 
• Experience with Muck Rack
