6 Vegan Influencers We Love
As part of Earth Month 2021, we’re sharing our 6 favorite vegan influencers inspiring us to eat less meat for the planet, animals, and our own health.
By this point, it’s no secret that going vegan or plant-based is clearly better for the environment compared to a regular omnivorous diet. The animal agriculture industry pollutes harmful waste into water streams, uses an enormous amount of water and energy to sustain and large amounts of biodiversity have been clear cut to make room for cattle ranches.
While it may not be suitable for everyone every day, there is no doubt we can all benefit from including less meat in our diet overall. The problem is, many people don’t know where to begin! Instead of changing what you're eating, we recommend simply eating the same foods just with the plant-based alternative. For example, buying non-dairy yogurt for breakfast, tofu in salads at lunch and veggie burgers for dinner. Additionally, try new recipes and get meal ideas from our favorite vegan influencers to help you diversify your recipes and devour delicious planet-loving meals. Keep reading to find out who we get inspiration from!
