Free At-Home Workouts We’re Loving
Stay Healthy and Strong at Home
With Seattleites now required to stay home and our daily routines being altered dramatically, we are all looking for a sense of normalcy. For the Rev team, that means setting aside time for daily at-home workouts. To help you stay fit, boost your mood or just do something other than watch Netflix, try these awesome, free at-home workouts:
Get to know the instructors at Seattle’s new favorite fitness studio, Shred415! Follow them at @Shred415dennytriangle for daily Instagram Live workouts at 9am and 5pm– no special equipment required.
For apartment dwellers who don’t want to disrupt their neighbors below them, try @rachaelsgoodeats low-impact at-home workout. Even your furry friend can join the fun!
If you have a dumbbell, container of laundry detergent, or wine bottle, you can do @briannamariefitness’s killer dumbbell abs circuit in your living room. Read Brianna’s full post for important notes on how to perfect your form to get the most out of every move.
Prepare your upper body for the next time someone tags you in that 10 push-up Instagram challenge by completing this quick resistance-band arm workout from the women at Tone It Up– all you need is a resistance band, like this one from Anko. Check out their app for more free at-home workouts and meditation sessions.
If you’re looking to destress and get your yoga flow on, try Corepower’s free on-demand classes.
We are also taking every sun break in the Seattle rain as a sign to get outside and go for a walk, at a safe distance from others of course.
We’re always looking for fun, new workout ideas! Share with us on Instagram and Twitter what you’re doing to get your body moving at home.
